Once we understand how you will deploy an imaging solution, we can make recommendations as to product mix and server setups, and then send you a full working software package to setup and test. 2) Pre-Sales Technical Support -- How does our software work with your current system? We work with you to setup and integrate the demo software into your system scenario, and issue an open demo key unlocking the program to its full capability. (In the demo mode watermarks are visible on images) We are then available to help you and your technical staff understand the issues and procedures. Before we will accept a purchase order or any funds, we make sure you are completely satisfied with the software in your environment on your platforms. 3) Post-Sales Support -- We are there for you to finalize your specific set up and unlock the software for full time use. Totally removing watermarks and making sure all settings are properly addressed. This includes basic review of server setup and management. We can implement user training as well in a webinar setting. 4) Depot Level Support -- We turn key, setup a new server for you and load images and user configurations per your instructions. Then, do some basic load testing and run the server for a few days to rule out SIDS. 5) Pricing -- Starts at $3000 USD for a Basic Package with up to 1000 images.
